Yesterday and today have been crazy with Christmas shopping. I was desprately trying to find a white capelet at the mall so that I wouldn't be freezing when we go out for birthday dinners on the 15th, but apparently NO-ONE carries capelets, even in the girls section, which is usually the first place I check. I'll probably have to go to a bridal store to find one, but it'll be a lot more expensive there.Today we went to the indoor Swap-Meet to shop for stuff for my mom, and I have completely run out of money. After shopping for Bri and James' birthday presents I literally only had a twenty dollar bill to spend. Luckilly, I get a lot more money from helping at this Christmas Party and working directly on their birthday. Sadly, that means running around shopping for everyone really close to Christmas itself. They might run out of everything before I can buy it!
Yesterday when we were at Target, I saw Durifuto on the shelf and James bought him for me as an early present. :D I'm not opening him until Christmas or my birthday, though. I seriously need to work on my character for the Fallout roleplay we're starting, the profile is sitting in a half-finished state and we all came up with the idea more than a month ago. If I feel in a draw-ey mood tomorrow I might start doing some Dymaxion sketches and designing the Yellowjacket guards (yeah, I'm actually making a short comic out of that dream 8D) and perhaps if the designs come up good enough, I'll put them on here. I figure if I want to have an art portfolio someday, I should start building one. I'm nowhere near being able to be an artist or anything, I just like to draw and I think it would be nice to have all of my decent drawing on one place. Maybe I could even be proud of it one day.
I really have nothing else to talk about, I just wanted to make an entry about pointless shit. :D
