I HAVE REACHED A LANDMARK POINT IN MY LIFE TODAY.
Guess the fuck what.
I finished One Note Samba.
What's that? You didn't hear me?
I FINISHED ONE NOTE SAMBA ALSDKALKFDAG;K
If you guys have any idea how long I've been working on this fic, you know why I'm flipping my shit. It's been since summer of '09. It was supposed to be a present for Bri's birthday that December. She was turning like 16 or something. I'm not even kidding you. Cat-Cat died and I stopped working on it, and I've been picking it up periodically ever since then. It evolved from a oneshot about hatesex into this huge thing that I could never finished because asdfghjkl plot. AND I FINISHED IT. TODAY.
Now all I have to do is finish Two Step Tango (is it bad that I started working on the epilogue before I finished the actual fanfic?) and then? I SIT ON IT UNTIL DECEMBER. FOR EIGHT MONTHS.
I finally finished it and I am so proud of myself wow. I thought I was never actually going to let it end because I wanted to add more shipping fuel. But it's over and I'm actually happy with how it turned out. Like legit alright with my writing and the content that I decided would be in it. There's a smut version and a smutless version, just like with Shitbox. And Two Step Tango is the part that ties it all together with a nice pretty ribbon and gives you a teary-eyed happy ending. I will make you ship Leon/Billy. I seriously will. I might upload it on my other blog for beta but I want James to proofread it first.
YAY SELF~~.
I admire your tenacity.
ReplyDelete...I never finished Shaboogie A-Go-Go.
No Siamese romancin' and Jupiter-wars shall ever grace the stalls of a book-store front.
How long's it? Can you pop it into one of those word-count bits?
Congratulations, by the by.
