So it's been like sixty thousand years since I last made a post here explaining stuff in general. I haven't forgotten about this place, it's just fucking Gaia eating up my time with formats and coding (not even the roleplays themselves, the stupid coding is what takes up most of my time) and Tumblr being easier to just post pictures, and Twitter being easier to just stick posts up. I guess this blog just requires more effort.Last night, James, Mari and I watched Princess Mononoke, because James had never seen it before. I closed my internet with like 40 or so tabs, thinking that I'd be able to get it back in my recently closed windows. I didn't think about pop-ups on the movie window. So I basically lost everything I had been working on or saving since March. Pretty fucking lame. So I'm starting to recover them from my history, but since Blogger is one of my "basic" tabs that opens every time I start Firefox, I figured I'd post here first. Because the effort thing will vanish as soon as I reopen everything I was working on.
So, where to start? Recapping on like an entire month will be hard. Uh.
No Limits is back from the grave for a third-and-a-half time. Maybe this time we can finally get to Baiken's brithday party. The Endless Forest thing that I may or may not have been talking about on this blog is finally coming together, and watching that movie last night (with the forest spirit and all) has inspired me to write the whole backstory to it. I'm using Bishop and a new deer, Diomedes, who is a complete fucking badass and has no story or personality right now, just random tidbits I've come up with sorta floating around his profile.
As always, I've had weird dreams, too many to list, but one last night about Henry Townsend teaching people at Sunset Station to do this dance thing and my boyfriend wearing legwarmers on his arms, one about killing zombies in a canyon thing with EKA friends and not being able to escape, but instead watching a polar bear swim off and discovering that we could make a home there, and... yep. I could go on but like no.
We went and saw the new Men In Black, and Battleship, and The Avengers (about sixty thousand times) and they were all wonderful. Don't judge Battleship. It was stupid, but pretty damn kickass. I'm trying to recap through Tumblr posts during the past month but it's not really working, since most of the text posts I'm seeing are just me freaking out about No Limits because of it's revival.
My sister found a gigantic beetle and named it The Baron. We had the LVAC luncheon for young women athletes and it was a great success. We had the sales meeting in the same place and it was also great. We had the Race for the Cure, which was really fun and super hot and just kickass all around. I found old EKA videos and uploaded them to youtube, one where RJ sings about diabetes, one where Ann is singing and I'm playing in a water fountain for ten minutes, the original "crouching zombie hidden faggot" video with Bri, just hilarious stuff. I've fallen into most of my friends' habit of playing League of Legends, even though I mostly hate it. But not really. I play Mordekaiser and my name on there is twinkletron, so add me and let's buttfuck some bots together while I learn which build I like most for him. I'm still really new.
And uh, I guess school ended? Has it been that long? I have no idea what my grades for the semester were. But James and I have been at this house playing Assassin's Creed since we got out, and school stars up again on Monday so, derp. We're pretty much done. We took my mom to Sweet Tomatoes on Mother's Day, where she said "I love haters." Oh, and she has a bed. A bed with a storage thing underneath where I scared the shit out of Brina.
We've been invading Tasti D-Lite every night for ice cream and yesterday afternoon we (Bri, Mari, and I) spent several hours at the kitchen table making little things out of pipe cleaners. I don't even know. Oh yeah! Bri and I also went on a shopping expedition with Mari and Jessica for cosplay stuff. Dunno if I've mentioned it on here, but James and I are going to AX with them. So we went around thrift stores searching for tidbits of stuff we can use for our cosplays. I still don't know if I want to be Canada to Switzerland or what.
I think that's the majority of what's happened. Mostly big LVAC events that happen every May, and roleplay stuff. I would post pictures, but I'm feeling really lazy and I want to start on my TEF story plot outline thing. But I'm not dead, and I promise to post here more~ :3
