This layout is a work in progress. The new name of the blog (along with my flickr account) is "poofer", a term used in the '80s to describe girls with big or super curly hair. Pretty self explanitory. c:
A few days ago I had a pretty awesome day, but I can't post photos because the roll is still waiting to be developed. We went down to the District to see our friends from North Carolina, and when James and I were sitting on this bench, a little blonde girl and her mom showed up and started blowing bubbles for our friends and all the kids who were there. We were eating ice-cream from this place called "Josie's", which is a lot like Yogels and Yogurt Land. The mom of the little blonde girl was calling her back, but we all just thought she was reading the name of the shop over and over, becuase she kept calling "Josie, Josie", but then she said to our friend Elise, "No, that's her name, and that's her shop." She was the owner of the store and the little girl with pigtails that was on the shop logo was modeled after her daughter Josie, who of course had blonde pigtails. I was pretty surprised to just meet them like that, but it was cool. :D
